A red evening

Ashland, Oregon, road trip and DH race

Beach in Black

• Bachelors Party Mini-Road Trip: I recently graduated from CalPoly, and my sister also just graduated from Long Beach State. To celebrate, we held a joint bachelors party. My good friend Cat and I made a mini-road trip out of the occasion. Check out the video:

Sea Otter 2008! All the fun you wish you had.

More portraits!

Fontazzle Bedazzle: Fontana NORBA National!

• Another great SLO afternoon with good friends, photos, and bikes:

Fontazzle Bedazzle: the bicycleweed.com experience in video! 61 MB of scaled-down HD goodness.

• 1981 is here to stay:

• Short Track Cross Country is wonderful:

Fontazzle Bedazzle: the bicycleweed.com experience in video for! 61 MB

• 1981 is here to stay:

• Short Track Cross Country is wonderful:

• A few photos of Nate jumping in his yard...

• A few photos from my new camera:

Network Nightmare: a mockumentary about dreams, produced by a few class mates and me. Watch the Quicktime version in its high quality splendor, or just Youtube it...

• Dan got the HPV done. Plenty more photos, just no time to post them. Stay tuned for photos of the presentation.

• Actual MOUNTAIN BIKING content? No WAY!

• 2 of my favorite mountain biking shots that I've ever taken:

• More black & white film shots; some of Dan's senior project, and some from the Black Market race down Face.

• Dan and crew are almost done building their senior project: a carbon frame for the Human Powered Vehicle

• Stuff for Cat: Tiff 1 Tiff 2

• Movie page re-vamped! See new-to-you old movies in incredible low-quality, fast-loading action! Also included in latest re-vampage are new photo and storey pages. Same old content, new, trendy look!

• Scooter Safety: it's serious. Check out the movie (62MB) or watch it here via youtube.

I think I might post more things via youtube. It sucks spending a lot of time, money, and effort filming things in HD, then having no one want to wait 30 seconds for their slow internet connection to download the clip. At least down-converted HD looks better than down-coverted SD! Enjoy the clip!

• Working on a video project on Saturday, we got some sweet still shots. Check out the gallery:

Dan rips the ridge: a re-edit. Bigger and better! 70mb, stream it or right click and save.

Developing Passion: a project fo' school that shows a shift in time or space. Check it. It borrows from techniques used in this episode of Arrested Development.

Hip jump: the coolest thing I've ridden in months!

• Finished that complicated project! Check it out: Creation Visible. It would never have been finished without the awesome musical talents of my sister, Katie. We have fun when we hang out.

• Black and White update. Leland, Corina, Karin and I went for a long ride on a very windy day. Check it.

Winter update! LOTS of photos! Woohoo! 6 MB, give it a second to open up. It'll be worth it, just like eating your veggies and going to bed early.

• New tripod! I've got another project in the works for early Feb, and it's going to be a complicated, high quality project. It'll be the sweetest thing since Vanilla Fro-Yo. Why is it raining so much?

• Assignment number 2 for the film class is said and done. Check out the photo from the DVD box.

• I'm in this rad English class where we make movie. Here's our first assignment from the quarter: a profile of our first week back at school. Mine's mostly about the alternative forms of transportation I had to use when my truck wouldn't start.

Dan driving his truck. This is just a test-edit, to see how big files look compressed and on-line. There's less than an hour into editing this, but it's still pretty sick, so I wanted to share it with ya'll.

A bicycleweed.com reminder

Margaritaville 2007

Got a bunch of great still shots over the break, and once the rest are developed, they'll be up.

Check back often!
